At Love It Personalised we always aim provide the best and highest level of product and customer service. 
However, occasionally problems can occur. In the event that a product is faulty, or arrived damaged from delivery we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. This must be reported within 3 days of receiving your parcel. 

We will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please note you may not always be eligible.

 We do not offer cancellations once your order has been placed, unfortunately every item is made to order we cannot cancel if you change you mind, however if you have entered details wrong contact us asap and we can change them for you 

Refunds cannot be given if the item is incorrect as a result of your actions, for example if you have misspelt wording. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange on personalised items unless the item is found to have a fault. We ask customers that they contact us within 3 days otherwise we will be unable to help due to the timeframe after receiving.

Please make sure you fill out all details correctly with those used when placing your order and provide your order number- this is sent via your confirmation email and will begin with #.
