Refund Policy

At Love It Personalised we always aim provide the best and highest level of product and customer service. 

We have a 7-day return policy, this means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not apply for personalised items.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item(s) is faulty, damaged from delivery or you have received the wrong item. This must be reported within 3 days of receiving your parcel. We will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please note you may not always be eligible. 

Exceptions and non-returnable items

We do not accept returns if the item is incorrect as a result of your actions, for example if you have misspelt wording. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund on personalised or custom items unless the item is found to have a fault as they are handmade for you. Pease double check spellings as we cannot accept returns if you have made an error. Phone cases are not eligible for returns as they are custom made, when you place the order they are handmade for you. We cannot accept returns if you have ordered the wrong size/design or change your mind so please make sure to double check details before ordering.

Cancellations

Any orders made are eligible for cancellation up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. Provided we have made your items already or your parcel has been sent. If you have provided incorrect details please contact us immediately so we can adapt and change them. Refunds

If your refund is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 8 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too, if its been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at loveitpersonalised@gmail.com

Design placement and seams:

 

Our products are all carefully handcrafted with vibrant and high-quality designs. However, due to the nature of the production process you may occur sight imperfections within your design placement or seams not aligning perfectly. These are minor variations and do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product. 

Colour Variations:

Please note you may notice the colours appear slightly different in person compared to what is shown on digital screens, this is due to monitor settings and lighting conditions during product photography. Some of our products are mock up photos, you may notice a slight colour difference because of this.

All our products are individually handmade, this makes each piece unique. Slight imperfections are a nature result of this process and contribute to the individuality of the item

Returns and Replacements:

Imperfections such as slight misalignments, small seam overlaps or minor colour variations are not considered as defects. Therefore, these do not qualify for returns or a replacement. However, if you receive a product with significant issues affect the functionality, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with all the necessary information and images if required.
